My dream has always been to be an interior designer by default. Starting when I was a young girl, I would create spaces for my friends and my Barbies. I’m truly blessed to have had this passion from an early age and knew it was what I was meant to do eventually.

Although this is technically my second profession, my first being in ophthalmology for over 15 years, I finally took the leap of faith and pursued my original dream of becoming an interior designer. And here I am, years later, more like decades really, I am actually doing what I love every single day. After obtaining my Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Architectural Interior Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta, I began right away in the design industry working for several impressive design firms in the north Atlanta area, where I traveled extensively across the country implementing my vision of design from conception to completion for large national corporations.

I thrive on creative individualized design that caters to the clientele on a personal level, especially with small business owners or busy professionals like myself. Value is extremely important to me as well as the best recommendations for the functionality of the space. My ultimate favorite designs are always multi-noted, having a combination of both fashion and function, formal and casual, and glamour mixed with transitional global design. These are some of the characteristics that make up our home and tell our story, and my goal is to help your home tell yours.

In addition to my remarkable passion in interior design and architecture, I thoroughly enjoy writing for my lifestyle blog, Dear Renae. I am a part of many professional organizations and I involve myself and the firm in lots of opportunities to volunteer our services throughout the city and across the waters. Hailing originally from Montserrat, British West Indies, I love to incorporate my colorful but exotic culture and extensive travel experiences to create globally unlimited designs. I enjoy spending quality time with my husband of over two decades and our three beautiful adult children.
